Can I cancel my eSIM?

An eSIM purchased through our website can be returned without giving a reason, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The eSIM has not yet been installed on a device.

2. The purchase was made less than 30 days ago at the time of return.

3. No violation of our Terms and Conditions has been found.

After receiving your return request, we will review the process. If the verification is successful, the full purchase amount will be refunded via the originally used payment method.
